We know with the change in administrations that at a minimum the affordable care act will be altered, but how? Your guess is as good as mine. The only thing I can see is children arguing in Washington DC and stating, of course we’re looking out for the public. Yeah right!

I found an interesting article reporting that there will be an almost $10 billion dollar increase in 2017 to cover the double-digit increase for subsidized plans under the ACA. A study projects the ACA premiums subsidies costs will rise from 32.8 billion to 42.6 billion.  A monthly increase from $291 to $367, Wow…!  And of course this all comes from the taxpayers!

And where do these payments go? You’re right, the insurance companies!  As I have posted in past blogs the salaries of those CEOs, some of which amount to $97,000 a day. Have our lawmakers addressed any of the injustice in this? I’ll let you answer that.
